Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

We offer First Class Shipping & Handling (Tracked) for $4.95 per order. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing / Handling Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends.

Estimated Shipping Times (after dispatch):
US, UK, CA, AU, NZ: 10–15 business days (typical), up to 30 business days (in some cases)
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days (typical), up to 40 business days (in some cases)

Average delivery time over the last 30 days is 9 business days (please note delays can happen due to holidays, weather, customs, or carrier disruptions outside our control).

Tracking may take a few days to update after you receive your tracking number.

Multiple-item orders

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages due to different warehouse locations.

Delays, customs, and duties

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other conditions outside our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivered/lost / stolen packages

If tracking shows the order as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier/local post office for assistance and use a secure delivery location whenever possible.

Missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team and we will review your case for a resolution (replacement or refund), excluding cases where incorrect shipping details were provided or deliveries were missed.
